The Self Storage Association UK said very nice things about us when they announced the winners of their annual industry awards!
Its CEO Rennie Schafer said: “Store and Secure won the best independent operator award as they excelled in all levels of performance. This is an immaculately presented site with great facilities and services, but it was the attitude of the staff that really made the difference with the judges. All of the staff are completely focussed on the customer’s needs, taking the time to understand what the individuals’ requirements are and then tailoring a storage solution that meets their needs.
“In their submission they stated that every staff member is treated as a guest and the judging process confirmed that is exactly the approach taken. This in turn leads to great customer satisfaction which reflects in the performance of the business overall. All the staff at Store and Secure are to be congratulated on their efforts as there was a very high quality of entries in this award and to be announced as the winner is a fantastic achievement.”
The SSA UK awards are designed to recognise outstanding self storage businesses across the UK. The competition this year was fierce, with by the far the largest number of entries ever received for the awards. As winners of the UK award, we are now entered into the European Awards that will be announced in Stockholm on October 2.
