Staff from John Browns garden centre are cooking cheesecake and chocolate brownies on their BBQs following a special training course with BBQ manufacturer Weber!
Jeremy Green, manager at the at Three Legged Cross centre, said: “You can use many modern BBQs just like a normal oven, albeit with a little less heat control.
“You can cook some gorgeous food like pizza, curries, garlic bread, various puddings – even pavlova – outdoors on charcoal, gas and electric BBQs.”
If you’d like advice on cooking more adventurous food, Jeremy and his staff are available to offer suggestions.
Their training also covered new outdoor smoker cookers which are now on display at John Browns.
